摘要 目的探讨断指合并感染患者抗氧化能力及微循环的变化。方法选取20例断指合并感染患者为A组,20例断指无感染患者为B组,20名健康同龄者为C组。比较3组的血清抗氧化能力指标及微循环相关指标,并比较A组中不同感染程度者的检测结果。结果 A组TAC、SOD及CAT水平低于B组及C组,B组则低于C组。A组的血清AOPP水平高于B组及C组,B组则高于C组。A组的微循环相关指标均高于B组及C组,B组则高于C组,A组中不同感染程度者的检测结果差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论断指合并感染患者的抗氧化能力及微循环指标处于相对较差的状态。 Objective To investigate the changes of oxidation resistance and microcirculation in patients with severed finger complicated with infection. Methods Twenty patients with severed fin- ger complicated with infection were selected as group A, 20 patients with patients with severed finger were selected as group B, and 20 normal people were selected as group C. Serum oxidation resistance indexes and microcirculation indexes were compared among three groups, and the results of patients with different infection degree in group A were compared as well. Results The TAC, SOD and CAT in the group A were lower than those in the group B and group C, and the those indexes in group B were lower than group C. Serum AOPP in the group A was higher than group B and group C, the AOPP of group B was higher than group C. The microcirculation indexes of group A were higher than those of group B and group C, and the results of group B were higher than group C. There were signifi- cant differences in results of indexes among patients with different infection degree in group A (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The oxidation resistance and microcirculation are poor in patients with severed fin- ger complicated with infection.
