妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中VEGF与MMP-9表达水平与子痫前期病情的相关性

Relationship between VEGF and MMP-9 expression level and preeclampsia condition in the placenta tissue of pregnant patients with hypertension

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的表达及其与子痫前期发病的相关性。方法选取晚孕期正常孕妇53例(对照组)、轻度子痫前期患者61例(观察组Ⅰ)和重度子痫前期患者45例(观察组Ⅱ),比较3组VEGF、MMP-9的表达水平。结果对照组、观察组Ⅰ和观察组Ⅱ孕妇的胎盘组织中VEGF阳性表达率分别为86.79%、68.85%、40.00%,MMP-9阳性表达率分别为79.25%、67.21%、37.78%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常妊娠孕妇和子痫前期患者胎盘组织中均有VEGF及MMP-9表达,但是子痫前期患者VEGF及MMP-9表达水平均显著下降。子痫前期病情严重程度与VEGF及MMP-9表达水平有相关性。

Objective To explore the relationship between expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and Matrix metalloproteinases-9 （MMP-9） and preeclampsia condition in the placenta tissue of pregnant patients with hypertensive disorder. Methods A total of 53 normal preg- nant women in late pregnancy（control group）, 61 cases with mild preeclampsia（observation group Ⅰ ） and 45 cases with severe preeclampsia （observation group Ⅱ ） in our hospital were selected as research objects, VEGF and MMP-9 expression levels of three groups were detected. Results VEGF positive expression rate in the placenta tissue of the control group, observation group Ⅰ and observation group Ⅱ was 86.79% , 68.85% and 40.00% , respectively. MMP-9 positive expression rate in the placenta tissue of pregnant women in the control group, observation group Ⅰ and observation group Ⅱ was 79.25% ,67.21% and 37.78% , respectively. The results above revealed that the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion VEGF and MMP-9 both express in placenta tissue of normal pregnant women and the patients with preeclampsia, but the VEGF and MMP - 9 expression levels drop in the patients with preeclampsia. It suggests that there is a correlation between the disease severity of preeclampsia and the expression of the two factors.
