Development of Management System for Personal Savings Interest Taxes

本文论述了一种利用INFORMIX-ESQL/C开发“储蓄存款利息个人所得税计征管理系统”（以下简称“利息税计征系统”）的方法。既满足前台储蓄业务系统扣缴储蓄存款利息的需要,又能对原有系统进行功能补充和完善,延长原有系统的使用周期、提高了应用系统的适应性,节省了软件二次开发及重购的费用,取得应有的实际效果。

This article presents a way to develop a management system of subtracting personal savings interest taxes. The system can not only meet the needs of subtracting savings interest, but also improve functions of the old system. Thus it can prolong the use cycle of the old system and improve the adaptability of the application system, reduce the cost of second software developing, and get good work result.
