时间护理对消化道出血患者止血效果及舒适度的影响

Effect of time nursing on hemostasis efficacy and comfort degree of patients with digestive tract bleeding

目的探讨时间护理对消化道出血患者止血效果及舒适度的影响。方法将80例消化道出血患者随机分为2组,对照组40例给予常规护理,观察组40例在对照组的基础上实施时间护理,比较2组的止血效果及舒适度。结果观察组的疗效优于对照组,呕血消失时间、潜血转阴时间、引流管变清时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理、生理、精神等方面的舒适度高于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时间护理符合消化道出血患者的病理生理特点,能够改善止血效果,提高治疗舒适度。

Objective To investigate the effect of time nursing on the hemostatic efficacy and comfort degree of patients with digestive tract bleeding. Methods A total of 80 patients with digestive tract bleeding were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group was given conventional nursing, 40 cases in the observation group were given time nursing on the basis of the control group, and hemostasis effect and comfort were compared. Results The treatment efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, hematemesis disappear time, occult blood clearance time and cleaning time of drainage tube weres shorter than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The comfort degree in physiology, physiology and spirit in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the bleeding rate was lower than that in the control gronp （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Time nursing is accordance with pathological and physiological character- istics of digestive tract bleeding, and it can improve the therapeutic efficacy and comfort degree of the patients.
