心理护理干预对老年男性外科手术后急性精神障碍的效果评价

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on acute mental disorder of elderly male patients with surgical operation

目的探讨抗精神病药物合并心理干预对老年男性外科手术后急性精神障碍的护理效果。方法选取老年男性外科手术患者68例,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予抗精神障碍药物和常规护理方案,观察组在此基础上加以心理干预,比较2组患者治愈率、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)以及手术并发症等情况。结果观察组总治愈率为94.64%(28/34),对照组为58.82%(24/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后SAS、SDS评分较护理前均有显著降低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗精神病药物合并心理干预对老年男性外科手术后急性精神障碍的治愈率较高。

Objective To explore the effect of antipsychotic drug combined with psychologi- cal nursing intervention on acute mental disorder of elderly male patients with surgical operation. Methods A total of 68 elderly male patients with surgical operation were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given antipsychotic drugs and routine nursing, while observation group was given additional psychological nursing inter- vention. Curative rate, scores of SAS and SDS and complications were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, total curative rate was 94.64% （28/34）, which was significantly higher than 58.82% （24/34） in the control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, scores of SAS and SDS reduced significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Incidence of complications in observation group was signifi- cantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Antipsychotic drug combined with psycho- logical nursing intervention can effectively increase the curative rate of acute mental disorder in elderly male patients with surgical operation.
