分析慢性病轨迹框架提出的背景、主要内容、应用于护理的基本程序,并对国外慢性病轨迹框架在护理中的应用进行综述。目前国内尚无相关研究,以期为国内慢性病轨迹框架的研究提供依据。

This paper analyzed the background of chronic illness traj ectory framework,main contents,and basic process of application in nursing.It reviewed the application of chronic illness traj ectory framework in nursing. At present,there is no relevant research in China.And this paper aimed to provide some basis for the research of the chronic illness trajectory framework in China.
