摘要
[目的]构建科学实用的医院护理管理者人文关怀培训课程。[方法]通过文献回顾、现状调查和专家咨询,确立了医院护理管理者人文关怀培训课程。[结果]最终确立的医院护理管理者人文关怀培训课程包括4个培训模块(一级指标)和23项知识点(二级指标),内容涉及人文关怀知识与能力、人文关怀组织与管理、人文关怀教学与培训、人文关怀研究,并确定了每年不少于24h的培训学时。[结论]医院护理管理者人文关怀培训课程的制定方法合理、结果可靠,培训课程既考虑了医院护理管理者所需的人文关怀知识结构特点和岗位胜任要求,又注重学科知识的逻辑结构,具有较好的科学性、系统性、目标性和可行性。
Objective:To construct a scientific and practical humanistic care training course for nursing managers in hospitals.Methods:Humanities care training curriculum for hospital nursing managers has established through the literature review,present situation investigation and experts consultation.Results:The final estab-lished humane care training courses for hospital nursing managers contain 4 training modules(the first grade in-dex)and 23 knowledge key points(the second grade index):including humanities knowledge and ability,human-istic care organization and management,humanistic teaching and training,and the research of humane care. Which should be trained more than 24 hours.Conclusions:The training course for nursing managers has reasona-ble method and reliable results.The training contents achieved in core knowledge structure characteristic,com-petency requirement,and the logical structure of knowledge.Which has a better scientific,systematic,targeted and feasibility.
