In the calculation of the strength of the fillet welded line of the three side welded lap, 5mm should be subtracted from the up-arc and down-arc if the led board is not used. The calculation is complicated. This paper puts forward a new method that the 5mm needn't be subtracted from the up-arc and down-arc but the result could meet the meed of the design precision.
