摘要 施工管理贯穿绿色铁路客站建设过程的始终,需要对施工方的环境保护情况、资源节约情况和施工过程中的管理这3方面进行管理和评价。在现阶段的评价方法上,对传统的打分法进行改进,提出采用主观动态权重与遗传算法改进神经网络相结合的方法,建立新的施工管理评价模型。该模型的特点是能够通过神经网络消除个别专家打分的主观随意性,最后通过实例验证此方法,得出该模型具有一定的指导作用。 Construction management runs through the construction process of green railway station from the be-ginning to the end, it needs the management and evaluation of the environmental protection, resource saving and construction process management of construction side. Based on the present evaluation method, this paper improved the traditional scoring method. The subjective dynamic weighting combined with neural network improved genetic algorithm was put forward, and a new construction management model was estabilished. The advantage of the model is that it is able to eliminate the subjective randomness of individual experts by using neural network. Finally,this method is verified by an example,and the method has a certain guiding role.
