新型复杂装备是提高部队战斗力的倍增器,其技术服务水平的高低直接关系到新型复杂装备能否快速形成并持续保持战斗力。分析了新型复杂装备技术服务的特点和存在的主要问题,提出必须健全技术服务机制、强化技术服务意识、更新技术服务理念、创新技术服务模式、完善信息沟通机制,为部队提供及时、高效的技术服务。

New type complex equipment is the“multiplier”for the improvement of the combat ef-fectiveness and its technical service level is directly related to the forming and maintaining of combat effectiveness.The paper analyses the characteristics and the main problems of new type complex equipment technical service and proposes that we must perfect technical service mechanism,strength-en technical service consciousness,update technology service idea,innovate service pattern,smooth the information communication mechanism to provide timely and efficient technical service for the troops.
