Construction and Considering of Command Information System Under Joint Operations

指挥信息系统是联合作战条件下军队指挥的主要手段。为了推动我军指挥信息系统的建设,分析了基于信息系统的作战体系,阐明了指挥信息系统在作战体系中的基础支撑作用;在新的联合作战指挥体制下,对指挥信息系统的建设内容进行了说明;从联合系统构建、作战数据建设与管理、系统持续改进和系统培训与应用等方面,阐述了指挥信息系统构建与使用的建议。

Command information system is a maj or means for army command under the condition of j oint operations.To speed up the construction of the PLA＆#39;s command information system,the pa-per analyzes operational system based on information system,illuminates the fundamental support role of command information system in the operational system;under the new j oint operation com-mand system,the paper illustrates the construction content of command information system in re-spects like j oint system construction,construction and management of operational data,continuous improvement and system training and application,this paper also expounds some suggestions on the construction and the use of command information system.
