教学服务型大学转型路径的探索与实践——以铜仁学院为例

从大学职能视角,以铜仁学院为例,辨析新建地方本科高校要厘清类型定位,找准转型路径,加强实践探索和理论研究;确立社会服务中心,兼顾人才培养和应用性开发研究的职能体系。新建地方本科高校应培育特色,固化模式,走教学服务型大学发展道路。这一路径是符合其发展目标的,不失为积极主动地迎接挑战的战略对策。

From the perspective of university functions, taking Tongren University as an example, the newly-built local universities should clarify the types of position, path for transformation, strengthen the practice, do theoretical research, establish the social service center, and combine the talent training with the applied system of development function. With training characteristics and solidification model, a teaching- and service-oriented university is in accordance with its development goals, and might actively meet the challenge.
