Mechanism construction of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation——in view of Strategic Alliance

战略联盟是市场主体进行松散联合,具有资源优化配置功能的组织模式;构建校企战略联盟既体现了校企合作组织的内在要求,促进校企利益主体有效合作;又体现了产业结构变化对校企合作的客观要求,有利于校企合作,提高合作效益。构建校企战略联盟,要求强化合作各方利益共享,充分发挥政府与行业协会协同组织管理功能,完善校企联盟组织机构和运行管理体系;还要求建立法规条例,给校企合作提供法律支持。

Strategic alliance, a loose joint of market subject, is an organizational model with optimal resource allocation function. The construction of school-enterprise cooperation not only embodies the inherent requirements and promotes effective cooperation between schools and enterprises stakeholders, but also reflects the objective requirements of enterprise cooperation with changing the industrial structure. The alliance can improve cooperation effectively. To construct the alliance is required to share interests between the parties, fully play co-organized management function between the government and industry associations, improve the school-enterprise cooperation organization and operation management system to establish legal support by laws and regulations.
