摘要
将前馈反馈教学法应用于挺身式跳远技术课的教学,通过绘制关键技术动作过程图,强化前馈信息对正确技术动作的认知以及与反馈控制原理的紧密结合,实现最佳的教学效果。研究结论如下:前馈反馈教学法中使用关键技术绘图的手段,有利于学生掌握好挺身式跳远的技术和增加学生跳远的远度,可提高挺身式跳远技术课的教学效果。
In the present study, the feedforward and feedback teaching method was used in Track and FieldTechnology Class teaching. The cognition to the correct technical movements was strengthened from feedforwardinformation by drawing the process diagram of key technical movements and combining the principles of feedbacksystem as to get the best teaching effect. The results showed that the feedforward and feedback teaching method wassuitable for students to master the skills of hang long jump and improve long jump record. The process diagram ofkey technical movements could help to promote the teaching effects of hang long jump.
