摘要
为了提高异形包装件的热成型技术与自动化水平,本设计以典型粽子包装为研究对象,通过分析包装对象特性、成型材料以及成型方法,探讨该热成型包装的技术方案包括成型原理与工艺要求,最后完成了模具设计及模拟建模,并对模板及其关键结构进行了参数化设计。为异形包装件的热成型模具设计研究奠定基础。
In order to improve the thermoforming technology and automatic level of irregular package, itdesigns based on the typical rice dumpling package. By analyzing properties of the packaged object, formingmethod and material, the technical project of the thermoforming package is researched, including the formingprinciple and process. Finally accomplish the mold design and modeling by software. What, s more, it lays thefoundation for thermoforming mold design of irregular package.
