本文在分析高校人才培养模式发展历程和内涵的基础上,重点对高职教育人才培养的基本概念、培养目标、培养规格、教育过程、培养方式与手段等进行了探讨,阐述了对高职院校人才培养模式创新的理解,并提出了人才培养模式改革的对策与建议。

The paper discusses the basic concept, training objectives, training specifications, process of education,and training ways and means of talents training based on the analysis of its development course and connotation ofhigher vocational education, and expounds the innovation of the talents training mode in higher vocational collegesand puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the reform of it.
