关于高职院校商务英语专业师资队伍建设的研究

中国与世界各国的经济交流日趋密切,对具备商务英语专业技能人才的需求呈不断上升趋势,也对高职院校的商务英语专业人才培养提出了更高的要求。本文分析了高职商务英语的教学特点,明确了高职商务英语教师应具备的能力和素质,分析了高职院校商务英语专业师资队伍的现状,提出了商务英语专业师资队伍的建设方向,以期深化教学改革,提高教学质量,搞好专业建设。

Economic exchanges between the world and China is becoming closer, the demand of talents withbusiness English skills shows a rising trend, which means higher requirements to talents of business English majorin higher vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the characteristics of business English teaching ; makes clear theteachers^ quality requirements of business English major. It discusses the present teacher staff situation of businessEnglish major in vocational colleges, points out the direction of the teaching staff construction, in order to deepenthe teaching reform, improve the quality of teaching and major construction.
