摘要 旅客列车在运行途中可能突发车窗玻璃破损,将直接影响行车安全,可能造成旅客人身伤害。为了确保旅客列车安全、优质和正点,车辆乘务员必须严格执行应急处置预案,及时妥善对破损车窗玻璃进行处置。该文根据中国铁路总公司及广州铁路(集团)公司相关规定,对旅客列车车窗玻璃破损故障应急处置程序进行整理,明确应急处置的实施、应急封堵工装使用方法,对旅客列车技术检修,及铁路客车管理人员和车辆乘务员的应急处置技能培训具有一定的指导性。 Passenger trains in operation m a y break the window glass on the w a y , which directly affects the trafficsafety and causes personal injury. In order to ensure the safety, high quality and punctuality of passenger trains,the vehicle steward should strictly carry out the emergency response plans and dispose the broken glass timely andproperly. The paper settles the procedures of the emergency disposal of window glass broken on passenger trainsaccording to the stipulations of China Railway Corporation and Guangzhou railway (group) c o m p a n y , clears up theimplementation of the emergency disposal and emergency usage of seal tooling, which are beneficial to the guidanceof emergency disposal skills training for the train maintenance and management personnel and vehicle steward.
