大学生就业质量评价指标体系构建研究

从就业质量的内涵出发,构建了包含专业对口、薪资水平、工作条件和工作保障等7 个大学生就业质量的一级评价指标,并细化为1 0个可测量的二级评价指标.以1耀9 标度方法测算了大学生就业质量评价指标的权重,在此基础上从专业、性别等对大学生就业质量进行了分析.

This paper constructs the first level evaluation indicators including professional counterparts, wages, workingconditions and job security by starting from the connotation of the quality of employment, and refines the secondarylevel for 10 measurable evaluation index, which the weight value of evaluation index of college students＇ employmentquality was estimated from 1 to 9 scale method, and the quality of college students＇ employment was analyzedbased on the major and the gender.
