摘要
针对2015年全国大学生数学建模竞赛D题目,首先从整体、住宅类型为普通与非普通、各个房型三个角度对方案一中的成本、收入、增值税等相关指标进行计算。接着,建立了最大满足参筹者购买意愿,总利益最大的数学规划模型,得出新的方案。最后,为了判别新方案是否被成功执行,分别从整体、住宅类型为普通与非普通、各个房型的角度对投资回报率进行分析说明,验证所得出新方案的合理性。
In this paper, relevant indicators about cost, revenue, value added tax and so on are calculated from thew hole, comm on and ordinary, each room for housing types on the College Mathematical M odeling Com petition2015D . T hen, the new scheme is obtained to set up the biggest meet the purchase intention for raise the personneland the total interest biggest mathematical programming m odel. Finally, the return on investment from the w hole,com m on and ordinary, each room for housing types are used to verify the reasonability of the proposed new scheme.
