针对2015年全国大学生数学建模竞赛D题目,首先从整体、住宅类型为普通与非普通、各个房型三个角度对方案一中的成本、收入、增值税等相关指标进行计算。接着,建立了最大满足参筹者购买意愿,总利益最大的数学规划模型,得出新的方案。最后,为了判别新方案是否被成功执行,分别从整体、住宅类型为普通与非普通、各个房型的角度对投资回报率进行分析说明,验证所得出新方案的合理性。
