以众筹筑屋规划方案设计为例,对房屋建筑,合理规划及资源有效利用进行探讨,以有效地满足众筹者的期望。首先运用Excel软件计算出众筹规划的成本、收益、容积率和增值税等信息;接着通过对众筹筑屋者满意度调查,利用层次分析法构造矩阵,确定出满意度指标权重,从而得出方案II,并重新核算成本、收益、容积率和增值税等信息;最后为了方案能被采纳,对某些房型的套数进行了调整,计算出符合要求的众筹众筹筑屋规划方案。

In order to effectively meet the expectation of the persons who the raise, housing construction, reasonableplanning and effective utilization of resources are discussed for using the built house planning design as an example.First of all, the cost of outstanding raise planning, such as revenue, plot ratio and VAT information are calculated byuse of Excel software, then by means of surveying for the built houses raise satisfaction, satisfaction index weight is determined for using analytic hierarchy process to build matrix, the cost of the new planning, such as revenue, plot ratioand VAT information are calculated.
