肌萎缩侧索硬化病人生活质量研究进展

Research progress on quality of life of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

介绍了肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)病人生活质量测评量表、生活质量现况及影响因素,从多学科合作照护、姑息照护、肌萎缩侧索硬化护理指南3方面介绍了肌萎缩侧索硬化病人照护干预措施。指出肌萎缩侧索硬化病人生活质量降低与生理、心理、社会和护理干预等方面因素相关,提出在目前国内医疗条件下形成有自身特色的肌萎缩侧索硬化照护模式,以进一步提高肌萎缩侧索硬化病人的生存质量。

It introduced quality of life evaluation table and living quality status quo of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis （ALS） and its influence factors. It also introduced care interventions for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients from three aspects as care of multidisciplinary cooperation, palliative care, care guideline for ALS. It pointed out that the decline in the quality of life of patients with ALS was closely related to physiologi-cal, psychological, social and nursing intervention factors. It proposed that to form ALS care model with its own characteristics in the current domestic medical conditions, so as to improve the quality of life of ALS patients a step further.
