液压机械无级变速器的液压调速系统研究

摘要 给出了一种等比式机械液压无级传动方案,分析了速比特性,并提出了控制策略。建立了工作段内液压调速系统的数学模型,得出其传递函数。综合运用MATLAB/Simulink对HMCVT液压调速系统进行频率特性分析,仿真结果表明:HMCVT液压调速系统是二阶振荡系统,选型后的系统是稳定的。 This paper puts forward a kind of geometric type HMCVT. Speed ratio characteristics are analyzed, and control strategy is also proposed. A model of hydraulic speed control system is established, the transfer functions are concluded. Wesimulate and analyze the hydraulic speed control system using tools of MATLAB and Simulink. The simulation results show thatthe hydraulic speed control system of HMCVT is a kind of second-order oscillating system, the selection of the system is stable.
