介绍了一种自动边缘刹车装置,阐述了其工作原理和结构设计。该机构通过机械结构来识别平面边缘。其内置的刹车模块支撑在轮毂内圈上,阻止车轮继续向前滚动,整个装置使整机停止在平面边缘。当刹车生效后,车轮不能向前滚动,但可以后退,防止整机从台阶跌落,保证安全。该装置适用于在有限平面或台阶面内进行低速运动的机构,简单高效,可靠性高。
This paper introduces an automatic edge brake mechanism, expounds its working principle and structure. This mechanism distinguishes the edge of the flat by the mechanical structure. The brake module in this mechanism supports on the inner surface of the wheel hub, it can stop the wheel scrolling forward, and make the whole machine stopped nearby the edge of the flat. When the automatic edge brake mechanism works, the wheel can't scroll forward, but the wheel can scroll backwards to prevent it from fall ing, and its safety is ensured. This mechanism is applicable for a machine which runs at low speed in the finite plane or on the stairs. It's easy, efficient and reliable.
