摘要
通过对国内外汽车减振器性能试验台发展状况的了解,结合减振器生产厂家的实际需求,设计一种操作简单、功能齐全、性能优良的汽车减振器性能试验台液压伺服控制系统。对液压伺服控制系统进行数学建模,并利用液压、气动一体化控制仿真软件HyPneu软件对液压伺服控制系统进行仿真分析,验证了试验台液压系统的设计的正确性以及控制系统模型建立的合理性。
Based on the understanding of the development situation of domestic and foreign automobile shock absorbertest-bench, this paper designs a kind of hydraulic servo control system for automobile shock absorber performance testbenchaccording to the actual needs of the shock absorber manufacturers. The test -bench has advantages of simpleoperation, complete function and good performance. Mathematical modeling of hydraulic servo control system is built.Software HyPneu is used to carry out the servo control system simulation analysis. The reasonableness of the hydraulicsystem design and the correctness model of the control system are verified.
