摘要
以某一设计工况点设计的压气机,为提高压气机在其他转速下的性能,分别分析了叶轮叶片入口直径、入口叶根角以及入口叶尖角对离心压气机性能的影响。优化的压气机与原设计模型相比,在低转速下效率增加了1.3%,压比提高了5.3%,且流通范围扩大,提高了压气机在低速工况下的工作性能。
To improve the performance of the impeller designed for a certain condition at a lower speed, impellers with different inlet parameters are modeled by changing the impeller inlet diameter and the inlet angle. An impeller with appropriate inlet parameters has a larger range and better flow condition. Compared with the initial compressor,the efficiency increased by 1.3% and the pressure ratio increased by 5.3% .
