摊铺机找平支架振动特性测试与研究

摘要 在摊铺机施工过程中,外界对找平仪的干扰越小,找平仪的作用越明显,摊铺路面也能获得更高的平整性。找平支架的良好减震效果是找平仪正常工作的重要保证。文中通过试验测试手段,对A、B两种不同结构的找平支架的振动特性进行了系统性比对。通过对信号的时域分析发现,具有两级减震机构的B型找平支架,整体减震效果要优于单级减振机构的A型找平支架。同时,引入振动信号的频谱分析,将信号中所有组成信号分解开来,变成由各种振幅、频率和相位的简谐信号组合的集合。从而更直观地得到找平支架减震机构对不同频率振动信号的响应关系,为提高找平支架的减震效果提供数据支持。 During paver construction process, the smaller the interference of external leve ling instrument is,the better effect leveling instrument's role does, the paving road can get a higher formation. The vibration effect of leveling bracket is an important guarantee for the normal work of the leveling instrument. Test is used to compare the vibration characteristics of the two different structures of A and B leveling bracket. Time-domain signal analysis proves that the leveling bracket B with two vibration reduction mechanism has more effect than the single -stage damping A leveling bracket. And the frequency spectrum analysis of the vibration signal is introduced to unbundle signal into a collection composed by various amplitude, frequency and phase of the harmonic signal. Different frequency vibration signal response relationship is obtained directly for the leveling bracket damping institutions. Data is provided to improve the damping effect of the leveling bracket support.
