摘要
采用温压成型的方法制备了各向异性黏结NdFeB/铁氧体复合磁体,主要研究了铁氧体磁粉含量对磁体的密度、磁性能及温度稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,随着铁氧体磁粉含量的增加,复合磁体的密度、磁性能均逐渐下降,但温度稳定性提高。
Anisotropic NdFeB/Ferrite composite bonded magnets are prepared by warm compaction process. The effects of Ferrite powder content on density, magnetic properties and temperature stability are investigated in this paper. The results show that, with the increase of ferrite powder content, the density and magnetic properties of the magnets decrease, but the temperature stability increases.
