摘要
研究了激光切割机的开放式数控系统,以三轴数控机床为研究平台,结合激光器、运动控制卡等硬件,开发出对开放式数控系统的人机交互界面。采用由开放体系结构运动控制卡+PC机构成的"NC嵌入PC"结构的开放式数控系统,通过图形文件解析算法,获取AutoCAD图形文件的图元信息,并转换成运动控制程序,最终利用LabVIEW这一编程工具开发系统界面和图形文件解释器,以实现系统功能。
This paper researches on the open CNC system of laser cut ting machine. Taking three axis NC machine tool as the research platform, the open CNC system of human-computer interaction interface is developed based on the laser, motion control card and other hardware. NC embedded in PC structure of open CNC system is built using the open architecture motion control card + PC. Through the graphic file parsing algorithm, the AutoCAD graphic file meta information is obtained and converted into motion control program. Finally, a programming tool LabVIEW system interface and the graphic file interpreter are used to realize the function of the system.
