摘要
SLA技术作为较为成熟的3D打印技术有着精度高、材料利用率高、速度快的优点,但模型数据前处理对其成型过程可靠性以及成型表面质量有着重要影响,不当的模型数据前处理将导致模型样件变形、局部结构缺失、成型中断、台阶纹严重和圆形结构误差大等重大问题。在实际工程应用中,模型数据前处理按照适用性、可靠性、经济性、时效性的原则,对"模型放置"和"支撑结构设计"两个要素采取合理有效的技术策略,将降低成型失败的风险和样件制作成本,缩短成型时间,保证样件成型质量,提高SLA技术的综合效益。
Although the advantage of SLA is high precision, high-usage of material and rapid as it is a mature technology of 3D printer, the model data pre-process has great influence on the relia bi lity of molding process and the model surface quality. Unreasonable model data pre-process will result in deformation, local structure missing, molding breaking off, serious step texture and big circle error value and so on. According to the principle of appl icability, economy, timeliness and rel iabi l ity, we can take reasonable and effective technology strategy on model placement and support design in the model data pre-process of practical engineering application; this will reduce the risk of modeling failure and fabricating cost, shorten molding time, guarantee molding quality and improve comprehensive benefits of SLA.
