基于聚丙烯材料注塑成型过程的性能变化分析

摘要 目前改性聚丙烯材料在汽车零件产品中应用比较广泛,文中是以汽车副驾驶前的储物箱盖产品成型过程为实验对象,实验使用正交试验法,研究分析了聚丙烯材料的注塑成型过程中的填充时间、力学性能、成型质量等方面的影响规律。 This paper conducts an experiment for the molding process of the storage box cover in the position of the front passenger. Orthogonal test method is adopted in this experiment to analyze influence factors, such as the filling time, mechanical properties and molding quality in the process of the interjection molding of polypropylene.
