摘要 目前市场上橡胶开炼机驱动系统一般都是采用电机、减速机及万向联轴节的方式。该方式占用空间大,且很难适用多种工艺流程的情况。文中介绍了一种液压式开炼机液压系统的总体设计思路,该系统可实现橡胶开炼机辊筒的无级调速,占用空间小,维护简单,性价比高;此外可根据开炼机不同型号,对多个该液压系统单元组合合流,满足不同型号机型对负载和速度的要求。重点对液压系统原理的设计、元件选型进行了详细的介绍。 E-motor, gear box and cardan shaft are generally used in drive system of rubber compounding mill, but all ofthese can hardly suit different processes on account of its large space. A new design method is introduced about hydraulicsystem in hydraulic rubber compounding mill. Stepless speed regulating is achieved in the new system. It has theadvantages of small space, easy maintaining and high cost performance. In addition, according to the different machinetypes, multiple hydraulic systems are combined to meet the demand of load and speed for different machine types.Hydraulic principle and choosing components are introduced.
