Research on Structural Sizes of Inertial Filter Based on Fluent Technology

为研究影响惯性过滤器滤沙效率和流动阻力的因素,利用Fluent软件对不同尺寸的槽形过滤器和相同尺寸的折板过滤器、槽形过滤器以及弧形过滤器进行数值模拟。结果表明:惯性过滤器的结构、尺寸都影响着惯性过滤器的滤沙效果和流动阻力。

In order to study the factors that influence inertia filter＇s and filter efficiency and flow resistance, this paperuses Fluent software to carry out the numerical simulation for different sizes of the channel filter, also for same size offolded plate, slotted filter and arc filter. The results show that the structure and size of the inertia filters affect sand filterefficiency and flow resistance.
