节流阀岩屑过滤装置设计

摘要 油气钻探过程中常需通过节流阀将回压或返出流体流量控制在合理范围内,以此确保井控安全。现场使用中,常因节流阀上游没有固体颗粒过滤装置导致节流阀堵塞,而现场更换、清理节流阀工作费时费力。文中提出一种安装在节流阀之前的岩屑过滤装置以实现对返出流体中固相颗粒尺寸的控制,且过滤装置的滤芯可更换及在线清洗。 In the process of oil and gas drilling, it is necessary to use throttle valve to ensure the safety of the well bycontrolling the backpressure or the flow of the fluid in a reasonable range. In the field, throttle valve blockage oftenoccurs because there is no debris filter device, and the replacement and cleaning work is time-consuming and laborious.In this paper, a debris filter device installed in the throttle valve is proposed to realize the size control of the solidparticles in the fluid, and the filter element can be replaced and online cleaning.
