摘要 在转子泵设计中,转子的参数往往依靠经验选取,缺少理论依据。为了确定转子叶数、直径、宽度对转子泵的影响,以摆线型转子泵为对象,从经济性、可靠性和泵性能等方面出发,采用公式推导和数值分析的方法对转子参数进行了分析。结果表明,增大转子叶顶圆半径有利于减少泵体用材量,增大转子宽度会增加转轴挠度,增加转子叶数可以降低泵内的径向泄漏和端面泄漏,但面积利用系数会降低,导致泵体积变大。文中提出的分析方法,为转子参数的选择提供直观的理论依据。 In the design of rotor pump, rotor parameters are selected usually based on experience due to lack of theoreticalbasis. In order to confirm the influence of the rotor parameters on the pump, formula deduction and numerical analysis isused to study economy, reliability and performance of pump. The result shows that: the quantity of material used in thepump body can be reduced with the increasing of the tip radius; the deflection of the shaft can increase with the increasingof the rotor width. Increasing the blade number can reduce the internal radial leakage and transverse leakage, also theutilization coefficient of area which can lead to larger pump volume. The analysis proposed in this paper provides intuitivetheoretical basis for the selection of rotor parameters.
