摘要
对某型发动机阀系进行了动力学分析,分别对凸轮-摇臂滚子之间的接触应力以及气门落座特性等进行了研究。结果表明:该阀系的最大接触应力均小于许用限值,接触力正常;气门落座平稳,冲击力较小,无反跳现象发生。
The paper carries out dynamic analysis on valve train of a certain engine. Cam-follower contact stress and valveclosing characteristics are studied. The result shows that maximum contact stress is less than allowable stress, and camfollowercontact force can meet requirement; impact force valve seat is at low level, and valve bounce is not found.
