TAI联合重组人p53腺病毒治疗原发性肝癌肝移植术后复发一例

摘要 临床资料 患者男,41岁,以“发现肝内占位5个月,肝移植术后复发1个月”为主诉于2014年09月15日入我院介入治疗科.患者5个月前因食欲下降,乏力就诊于当地医院,行上腹部CT示：肝内多发占位,伴强化,门静脉癌栓,诊断为原发性肝癌.既往无糖尿病及高血压病史.当时未进一步治疗,于家中自服中药,上述病情逐渐加重.3个月前患者为求进一步治疗在外院行肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）,术前行PET-CT显示：
