国内外氨冷库防火标准分析

Analysis of the domestic and foreign fire prevention standard for ammonia cold store

近年来,使用氨制冷剂的冷库发生了几起典型的火灾事故,氨冷库的安全问题引起了人们的普遍关注。本文首先从不同场所对制冷系统的选择、冷库保温材料燃烧性能两方面分析了国内相关标准的要求,之后从制冷机房氨气报警装置安装要求及报警浓度值的设定、氨制冷机房通风要求及通风量计算方法、冷库是否要设置水喷淋系统等方面分析了国内外相关标准中的差异。

Recently,there were several typical fire occurred in cold store that using ammonia refrigerant. The fire safety issue of ammonia cold store has aroused widespread attention. Firstly, the domestic standards of choose on the refrigeration system for differ-ent places？ combustion performance of cold store building materials were analyzed. After that, the installation requirements of ammonia detector in machinery room and the alarm concentration of ammonia detector were analyzed. Then the ventilation requirements for machinery room and calculation method of ventilation in domestic and international stand-ards were analyzed. Finally the requirements of water sprinkler were discussed.
