摘要
为了解决大容量多联机中气液分离器容积过大的问题,提出并联气液分离器的技术方案。为保持并联气液分离器两侧的压力平衡和液位平衡,采用气平衡管和油平衡管。通过CFD仿真计算与试验结合的方法,确认方案可行。研究结果对大容量多联机用并联气液分离器的设计具有参考意义。
In order to solve the gas-liquid separator's large volume issue in multi-split air conditioner with large capacity, parallel gas-liquid separators scheme is proposed. In or-der to keep pressure balance and liquid level balance of parallel gas-liquid separators, the gas balance pipe and oil balance pipe are applied. This scheme is validated effectively through CFD simulation and tests. The study results provide references for the design of parallel gas-liquid separators for multi-split air conditioner with large capacity.
