摘要
教师专业发展是教师教育实践的根本与服务对象,国外始终重视对教师专业发展现象、内涵及其本性的探讨。在国外研究视野中,教师专业性是教师专业发展活动的本源支点,与之相应,教师专业发展的内涵是丰富多彩的。国外教师专业发展研究焦点集中在六个方面:聚焦教学内容、强调教师专业自主权、重视因素分析、内容形态兼顾、关注师生需求、重视培育优质教师专业发展服务。
Teacher professional development (TPD) forms the base and service object of teacher education practice, in which foreign countries attach much importance on the exploration of TPD , s phenomenon, connotationand its nature. In foreign countries, teacher professionalism constitutes the supporting point of TPD activities. ConsequentlyTPD, s connotations are diversified. The research of foreign TPD focuses on six points, which are concerningon teaching content, emphasizing on teacher professional autonomy, factor analysis and content form, payingclose attention to teacher and student, s need, and high - quality TPD service.
