摘要
对轨道车辆齿轮箱进行了研究,建立三维模型并进行COSMOSWork有限元分析,对比了不同的材料在相同的工况下,箱体的位移和应力应变的变化,为轨道车辆齿轮箱材料的选择提供了依据;另外,从箱体的铸造工艺出发,分析出箱体的结构特点,探讨了箱体的浇注系统,为箱体的铸造质量提供了保证。
In this paper, the railway vehicle gearbox is studied, the three-dimensional model is established, and the finite el-ement analysis of COSMOSWork is then conducted. The changes of displacement and stress-strain of the box with differentmaterials in the same condition are compared so as to provide basis for material selection of the railway vehicle gearbox. In ad-dition, the structural characteristics of cabinet is analyzed, and the gating system of the box is discussed from the castingprocess, thus it could provide a guarantee for the casting quality of the box.
