摘要
以护理设备为研究对象,首先在Pro/E软件中构建了设备模型,然后探讨了模型向Quest3D平台导入的格式转换路径,之后通过对比当前常用的虚拟装配技术,选择基于装配约束转换的虚拟装配方法,最后在Quest3D中搭建虚拟装配平台。最终成功搭建了担架式洗澡车设备的虚拟装配平台,并以装配设备中的转运车模型为例介绍了它的功能及装配流程。
In this paper, taking nursing equipment as the research object. Firstly, models are built in the Pro / E software,and then the format transformation path of models importing into the Quest3D platform is dicussed. After comparing the currentcommonly-used technology of virtual assembly, the virtual assembly method based on ACT is chosen. Finally, the virtual as-sembly platform is built in the Quest3D. At the end of the article, a virtual assembly platform for the stretcher-mounted bathapparatus is constructed successfully, and then the model of transfer vehicle in stretcher-mounted bath apparatus is assembledas an example to introduce the function and the assembly process.
