摘要
目前对道路两旁的树干喷涂白灰水主要通过人工作业完成,存在着效率低、劳动强度较大、工程进度缓慢,涂白效果差等问题。针对上述问题,研制了一种树干白灰水喷涂机,可完成树干白灰水喷涂的工作。该机结构紧凑、性能稳定、经济实用、控制灵活、操作简单方便、工作效率高,达到降低劳动强度、加快工程进度和减少材料浪费的目的。
Currently, spraying lime water to trunk is completed mainly through manual work which is of low efficiency, greatlabor intensity, slow project progress and poor spraying effect. To solve these problems, a sprayer to complete the work ofspraying lime water to trunk is developed in the project. The machine is compact, economical and practical. It has stable per-formance, high efficiency, and it can be controlled flexibly and operated easily. Meanwhile, it can reduce labor intensity,speed up the progress of the project and reduce the material waste.
