摘要
通过可靠性分析转炉炉倾系统扭力杆设计强度不足、炉倾法兰连接强度不足等缺陷,对转炉炉倾系统进行优化设计。改造后,转炉炉倾系统运行良好,降低了设备故障率,提高了设备有效作业率。
h Through the reliability analysis of the converter tilting system, the design strength of the torsion bar is insufficient,the furnace tilting flange connection strength is insufficient, thus the optimization design of the converter tilting system is thencarried out. After the transformation, the tilting system of the converter is running well, the equipment failure rate is reduced,and the effective operation rate of the equipment is improved.
