摘要
针对超声波无损检测技术在齿轮内部缺陷无损扫查检测的应用,重点介绍了缺陷位置、大小的测定,缺陷的影响因素,缺陷性质分析,通过理论与实际操作的分析,得出超声波无损检测技术是齿轮内在缺陷检查的最稳定、最可靠的方法。
In this paper, based on the application of the ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology in scanning the internaldefects of gears, the determination of defect location and size, the influence factors, and the property analysis of the defectsare emphatically introduced. Through the analysis of theory and practical operation, it is concluded that the ultrasonic nonde-structive testing technology is the most stable and reliable method for the gear internal defects inspection.
