Nd对缓慢冷却AZ91合金凝固组织的影响

摘要 使用ZM-45-16型真空钼丝炉获得Nd含量为0.0%,0.2%,0.5%,0.8%的AZ91-Nd合金在1℃/min、5℃/min冷却条件下凝固组织,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射,能谱分析和Imagetool软件研究缓慢冷却和Nd对AZ91合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明:AZ91-Nd合金缓慢凝固组织中,除α-Mg相外,存在析出β(Mg17Al12)相以及共晶组织和Al3Nd相,随着Nd含量的增加,组织中的α-Mg晶粒尺寸分别由1239.40μm和654.06μm减至824.08μm和518.22μm。 In this paper, the AZ91-Nd alloys in which the Nd content is 0. 0%, 0. 2%, 0. 5% and 0. 8% that were obtainedfrom the ZM-45-16 vacuum molybdenum wire furnace are solidified structure at the freezing rate of 1 ℃ / min and 5 ℃ / min.The effect on slowly freezing conditions and Nd on solidificating microstructure of AZ91 magnesium alloy were studied by usingthe OM, SEM, EDS and Imagetool software. The result shows that there are β (Mg17Al12) precipitation, eutectic and Al3Ndphase in slow freezing solidification microstructure of AZ91-Nd magnalium alloy except for α-Mg. In adition, along with theNd increases, the grain size of α-Mg decreases from 1239. 40μm and 654. 06 μm to 824. 08 μm and 518. 22 μm.
