摘要
基于三维逐渐损伤理论,通过采用ANSYS二次开发语言APDL,建立了含孔复合材料层合板的三维有限元模型,通过对层合板进行施压,综合考虑了层合板基体开裂、基纤剪切、分层和纤维断裂四种主要失效模式,并基于刚度退化准则,分析了复合材料层合板内部损伤的产生和扩展过程,求出了层合板的最终失效值。
Based on the three-dimensional progressive damage theory, a three-dimensional finite elemental model of hole incomposite is built by using the secondary development language of the ANSYS software. Through the study of pressing the lam-inate plate, and considering the four main failure modes of the matrix cracking, shear-based fiber, delamination and fiberbreakage, the production and the expansion process of interior damage and the gradual destruction of the composite laminatedplates under compressive load are analyzed based on the stiffness degradation criterion. Finally, the final failure value of thecomposite laminated plates with holes is calculated.
