摘要 针对近几年高强钢传统生产工艺存在的问题,通过分析热轧卷组织、冷轧球化退火以及脱碳层的原因,优化原有生产工艺,改进高强钢组织性能,生产实践证明,经优化后的生产工艺,有效减少了脱碳层的出现,细化了珠光体组织、提高了球化等级,整体改善了产品的组织性能,大大降低了加工成型和淬火调质渗碳过程中的出现问题的概率,并提高了终端工厂的总体产品质量。 In view of the problems existing in traditional production process of high strength steel in recent years, through a-nalysis on the reasons of hot rolled coil organization, cold rolled spheroidal annealing and decarburized layer, the original pro-duction process is optimized to improve the structure performance of high-strength steel. Practice has proved that the opti-mized production technology would effectively reduce the decarburized layer, refine the pearlitic structure, enhance the sphe-roidizing grade, overall improve the microstructure and properties of products, greatly reduce the probability problems in pro-cessing and quench carburizing process, and improve the quality of the terminal factory products in general.
