摘要
根据精镗工序之后辊套内孔裂纹的形态,结合双层离心复合辊套材质,热处理过程中温差对组织的影响和机械加工产生的应力进行分析,得出造成精镗内孔出现通裂的主要原因。
In this paper, based on the form of hole cracks in the bushing roller after fine boring process, combining with thedouble centrifugal composite roller materials, the effects of heat treatment temperature on the organization and stress generatedin the mechanical processing are analyzed, finally the causes of crack of fine boring inner hole are concluded.
