摘要
高压飞灰过滤器是壳牌煤气化装置中的关键设备之一。由于该设备具有结构复杂、直径大且采用复合材料的特点,这将大大增加球封头与接管的组焊难度。针对此种情况,本文对球封头组焊难度及解决方案进行阐述。
High pressure fly ash filter is one of the key equipments in the Shell coal gasification plant. Because the equipmenthas the characteristics of complex structure, large in diameter and using the composite materials, it is very difficult to completethe group welding of the spherical head and nozzle. Aiming at this situation, difficulties and solutions of the spherical headgroup welding are then expounded in this paper.
